- Refunds and Exchanges: We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any purchases. All sales are final.

- Damaged Items: If your purchased items arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by providing photographic proof. We cannot be held liable if proof is provided after 72 hours. If the damage is due to mishandling by the courier, we will guide you on repairing the item and assist with filing a damages claim with the courier company. If the items are irreparably damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Item: If we sent you the wrong item, we will ship you the correct product without any additional charges. We may require you to return the wrong item, and we will cover the shipping expenses.
- Gift Returns: We do not issue refunds for gifted items. However, if you have proof of purchase, we can offer store credit or exchange the gifted item for another product of equal or greater value.
- Bangles Size: If you provided us with the wrong bangles size or we sent you the wrong size, we will assess the situation individually. For custom bangles sets, if the set we made does not fit despite the provided size, we are happy to exchange it and cover the shipping charges. If you provided the correct size, but the bangles do not fit, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the exchange.

- All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made through our store. All sales are considered final.

- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged: Notify us within 3 days of delivery, Submit clear photographic evidence of the damage via email, Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. If the damage is due to courier mishandling, we will assist you in: Filing a damage claim with the courier, and Guiding you through the repair process (if applicable). If the item is deemed irreparably damaged, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you received the wrong product: We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost, You may be required to return the incorrect item. Return shipping charges will be covered by us.

- Bangle Size Policy: Sizing issues are handled as follows: If we sent the wrong size: We will exchange the item and cover all related shipping costs, For custom bangle sets: If the set does not fit despite accurate sizing provided by you, we will gladly exchange it and cover shipping, If you provided an incorrect size: We can still arrange an exchange, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved.
